1. Here are two things that we don't take back: The Love we send and the Undies we Sell. To maintain hygiene for all our customers we do not accept returns on any kind of Innerwear. Feel free to reach out to us if you face any quality issues.
   
   
2. Please check the size chart before ordering. This is to empower you to take the most educated decision before making your purchase since once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer due to the hygiene factor involved and hence we only support limited exchange requests.
   
   
3. Despite all our efforts, if you are unsatisfied with the product you received/In cases of our product having a defect please reach out to us at care@kearo.in, we shall try our best to resolve your concern.
